Our transparent prices are listed below. These are self-pay bundled discounted prices. These are not prices used for insurance claims and cannot be combined with the use of insurance. See Financing & Insurance FAQs for information on how Adore handles insurance.
Initial Evaluation & Testing
Varies
- Initial consults (new patient, no prior workup): $250
- Second opinion consults (Had full fertility work up within last 24 months that includes blood work, ultrasound, tubal patency testing, semen analysis for a partner if applicable): $100
- Hysterosalpingograms (Tubal patency tests): $550
- Semen Analysis: $150
- Initial evaluation and Testing: Blood Work: $0 to $1,500 *can vary pending insurance coverage. Adore offers significant self-pay discounts for those who do NOT have insurance coverage.
Ovulation Induction & Fertility Medications

- Includes a monitoring scan to assess your response to medications and medical management for monitored cycles.
IUI
TRANSPARENT FLAT PRICE WITHOUT HIDDEN FEES

IVF & ICSI
TRANSPARENT FLAT PRICE WITHOUT HIDDEN FEES

- INCLUDED: All blood work during the cycle, ultrasounds, appointments, egg retrieval procedure, ICSI procedure, use of embryo scope for embryo growth, and 1 year of storage for embryos.
- NOT INCLUDED: Prescribed medication (range $3,000-$8,000), which is purchased through a fertility specialty pharmacy. Note if you have fertility coverage with insurance (even if we are NOT an “in-network” provider, they may pay for this); if you do not have insurance, you can take advantage of Compassionate Care or Reunite saving programs and self-pay discounts given by pharmacy. The range of costs can be $0-$7,000 pending dosing needs and insurance coverage.
- NOT INCLUDED: Anesthesia: $500 fee
- NOT INCLUDED: Embryo Transfer (only pay for transfer if we have viable cryopreserved embryos). Your first FET is discounted if you use the IVF Bundle Package with or without Preimplantation Genetic Testing (PGT) to $3,500 .

Frozen Embryo Transfer

Egg Freezing

Note if you have fertility coverage with insurance (even if we are NOT an “in-network” provider, they may pay for this); if you do not have insurance, you can take advantage of Compassionate Care or Reunite saving programs and self-pay discounts given by pharmacy. The range of costs can be $0-5000 pending dosing needs and insurance coverage.

Donor Egg IVF
TRANSPARENT FLAT PRICE WITHOUT HIDDEN FEES

- INCLUDED: Coordination with your chosen egg bank for shipment of a lot of eggs, thaw, and fertilization via ICSI of donor oocytes, growth & development of embryos, in our embryo scope, cryopreservation of embryos at the blastocyst stage, and storage for 1 year for quality blastocyst(s).
- ADDITIONAL: If Preimplantation Genetic Testing (PGT) is desired, please add $2,000 to the pricing.

- NOT INCLUDED: Donor oocytes from your chosen egg bank (Price range from $10,000-$16,000 for a lot of 6 donor eggs pending egg bank) *Note: Most reputable donor egg banks we work with guarantee at least 1 blastocyst development from a 6 egg lot in order to have a successful transfer
- NOT INCLUDED: PGT: if desire PGT biopsy prior to cryopreservation, the cost is $150 per embryo biopsied
